At each of our sessions you'll find people running, walking, or just catching up with friends. Everyone is welcome regardless of their fitness level and you'll always be made to feel supported and included.

Hill Repeats
The OG Olivers Hill experience: 40 minutes up-and-down the ocean side of the hill. Run or walk while you enjoy the sunrise. ~ 40 minutes total

Move at your own pace as we head from the base of Olivers Hill to Frankston Pier and back. Repeat as many times you like. ~ 40 minutes total
