Flat Run + Hill Lap

Run at your own pace as we head from the base of Olivers Hill to Frankston Pier and back, then finish off with one lap of the hill.

Hill Repeats

We alternate each week between Olivers Hill and Hopes Rise (the opposite side of the hill), building strength and endurance.
