Fridays
Flat Run

A repeat of Mondays flat run without the lap of the hill. Go at your own pace as we cruise out-and-back to the pier. ~ 40 minutes total
Saturdays
Hill Repeats
7:15am
The OG Olivers Hill Experience: 60 minutes of up-and-back along the ocean side of Olivers Hill. Run, walk, or just chat!
~ 60 minutes total
Temporarily paused for Winter 🥶
Join us after each run for a 9-minute ocean dip at the Olivers Hill boat ramp. This moment of reflection honours the 9 lives lost to suicide in Australia every day. It’s not compulsory, but it's a powerful way to start your morning - grounded, grateful, and mindful of the struggles others may be facing.

Our Values
A Place to Feel Safe.
We know early morning exercise can feel intimidating when you’re on your own. That’s why OHRC exists, to offer a space where you’re never alone. Each session you’ll be surrounded by a group of like-minded people who take pride in creating a safe, welcoming environment. From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel like you’re part of something.
Every Pace Welcome.
The best part about our sessions, whether it’s hill repeats or laps between the piers, is that no one gets left behind. Some people run 8 laps, others do 2, and some choose to walk the whole way. Everyone moves at their own pace, but we all stay within the same area, encouraging each other as we go. No matter how you show up, you’re part of the club.
Friendship Through Movement.
The social side of running is a big part of what we do. Whether it’s teaming up for a lap, sharing a high-five with someone heading the other way, or catching up over coffee at Little Olly’s after the run and dip - connection is built into every session. The members of our club span generations, from kids as young as 10 to legends in their 70s - we treat everyone with kindness and respect.
More Than Running.
Sure, we're a a run club - but we're also so much more. We're about boosting mental health, building strong morning habits, discovering self-belief, making mates, and being part of a genuinely inclusive and safe community. Running brings us together, but it’s everything else that really matters.
